By using this website ("the Site") you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. What the Site provides

The Site displays past 4D and TOTO draw results and statistics derived from them, such as frequencies, repeats, patterns and trends. It is provided free of charge, for general information and entertainment only.

3. Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. In Singapore, you must be 18 or older to take part in 4D.

4. We are not a gambling service

• The Site does not sell, accept, place or process bets, and does not handle money of any kind.
• The Site does not act as an agent for, and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Singapore Pools (Private) Limited or any other gambling operator.
• Nothing on the Site is an invitation or encouragement to gamble. Any decision to take part in 4D is yours alone, made through lawful channels.

5. Accuracy of results

Draw results are taken from publicly available official results and updated automatically after each draw. Although we take care, results may be delayed, incomplete or contain errors. The official results published by Singapore Pools are the only authoritative record. Always check your numbers against the official source before acting on them. We are not responsible for any loss arising from reliance on results shown on the Site.

6. Trends, candidates and "predictions"

Prize amounts shown by the "Did I win?" checkers are estimates based on the published prize structure and official results; the amount paid by Singapore Pools is final. Some pages rank or suggest numbers based on past results. These are statistical illustrations for entertainment. Every 4D draw is an independent random event, so past results do not influence future draws, and every number has the same chance of being drawn. The Site shows backtests so you can see how these methods compare with random picks. No suggestion on the Site is a tip, advice or guarantee of any outcome.

7. Responsible gambling

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Site for any unlawful purpose, including unlawful gambling or promoting unlicensed gambling;
• copy, scrape or mass-download the Site's content or data using automated tools;
• resell, sub-license or commercially exploit the Site or its content;
• attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the Site or its servers.

9. Intellectual property

The Site's design, software, text, statistics and presentation belong to the operator. Draw results themselves are factual public information; all rights in the official results and the "4D" and "Singapore Pools" names belong to their respective owners and are used here only to describe the results.

10. No warranty

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we give no warranty that it will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Singapore, the operator is not liable for any loss or damage, including gambling losses or any indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Changes to the Site and these terms

We may change, suspend or discontinue the Site, or update these terms, at any time. The "Last updated" date will show when the terms last changed. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
